1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the gtaya platform (referred to herein as "the Platform," "our Services," or "gtaya"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and gtaya (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account or engaging with our Services. Your continued use of gtaya following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all aspects of your interaction with gtaya, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay across all gaming verticals (casino games, live dealers, sports betting, bingo, slots, and other offerings), promotional participation, and use of customer support services. By registering an account with gtaya, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction and that you meet all eligibility requirements specified in Section 2 below.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

gtaya employs age verification procedures during the registration process and reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination. Any person found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity will have their account immediately terminated, funds forfeited, and may be subject to legal action.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The gtaya platform is designed and intended for use by residents of the Philippines. While our Services are primarily targeted to Filipino players, eligibility may vary based on local laws and regulations in specific jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of gtaya complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access to our Services from certain geographic locations at our discretion.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To access gaming services on the gtaya platform, you must create a personal account by providing accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and other information as required during the registration process. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete;
• Create only one (1) account per person—multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited;
• Not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account credentials;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure at all times;
• Notify gtaya immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

gtaya reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we suspect, in our sole discretion, of fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper activity.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify gtaya of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, and you agree to be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

gtaya strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password for your account, enable two-factor authentication if available, never share your credentials with third parties, and log out from your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing gtaya from shared or public devices. gtaya will never request your password via email, phone, or any other communication method, and you should treat any such request as a potential security threat.

3.2 Account Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, counter-terrorism financing requirements, and responsible gaming standards, gtaya implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to provide verification documents including but not limited to government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, national ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership at any time during your relationship with gtaya.

Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if you fail to complete KYC verification when requested. All verification documents must be clear, legible, and valid. gtaya reserves the right to reject documents that do not meet our verification standards and to request alternative or additional documentation as deemed necessary. Your personal information and verification documents will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

gtaya accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and other payment processors as made available on the Platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified for each payment method. Deposit limits may vary based on your account status, verification level, and payment method selected.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your gtaya account are lawfully yours, derived from legitimate sources, and not obtained through any illegal activities. You further warrant that any payment method used belongs to you and that you have authorization to use such payment method. gtaya reserves the right to refuse deposits from payment methods not registered in your name or from sources we deem suspicious or high-risk.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of funds from your gtaya account balance subject to completion of KYC verification, compliance with bonus wagering requirements (if applicable), and satisfaction of any other conditions specified in these Terms or in promotional terms. Withdrawal requests are processed according to our standard procedures, with processing times varying by payment method—typically within hours for e-wallet withdrawals and 1-3 business days for bank transfers.

gtaya reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing withdrawals, particularly for large withdrawals or when we detect unusual account activity. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, violation of these Terms, or other irregular activity. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name and verified through our KYC procedures. We do not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

4.3 Fees and Charges

gtaya does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals processed through our platform. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers may impose their own fees, charges, or currency conversion costs, which are beyond gtaya's control and for which gtaya bears no responsibility. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third parties in connection with your financial transactions.

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

The primary currency for the gtaya platform is Philippine Peso (PHP). While we may accept deposits in other currencies depending on available payment methods, all funds will be converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates determined by our payment processors. Currency conversion rates are subject to market fluctuations and may include conversion fees charged by third-party processors. gtaya is not responsible for any losses resulting from currency conversion or exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 General Gaming Provisions

All gaming activities on the gtaya platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type. Rules for casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, slots, and other gaming verticals are available within each respective section of the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the applicable rules and agree to abide by them.

gtaya endeavors to ensure that all games operate correctly and fairly at all times. However, in the event of a malfunction, technical error, or display error affecting game outcomes or payouts, gtaya reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and refund the original stake. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers. Game results are final once a game round is complete, except in cases of obvious technical error.

5.2 Sports Betting Specific Terms

Sports betting markets, odds, and bet settlement are governed by specific sports betting rules available in the sports betting section of the Platform. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the gtaya system, the odds at the time of bet placement apply regardless of subsequent odds changes. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or competition organizer.

gtaya reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds, result misprints, or technical errors. Void bets result in stake refunds. In cases of controversial or disputed outcomes, gtaya's decision regarding bet settlement is final and binding. Settlement timing varies by sport and event type but typically occurs shortly after the conclusion of the event.

5.3 Responsible Gaming and Betting Limits

gtaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity. You may set voluntary limits on deposits, losses, session duration, and wagering amounts through your account settings. Once set, responsible gaming limits take effect immediately for increases in restrictions and after a cooling-off period for decreases in restrictions, allowing time for reflection before expanding your gaming activity.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus funds are converted to withdrawable cash. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified time period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership of Content

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, design elements, game interfaces, text, images, audio, video, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the gtaya platform (collectively, the "Content") are the exclusive property of gtaya, our licensors, or third-party content providers. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

The gtaya name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of gtaya or our affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

7.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, gtaya grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Platform or the Content; (b) modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicly perform any Content; (c) use data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (d) download (other than page caching) any portion of the Platform or Content except as expressly permitted; or (e) use the Platform or Content for any purpose other than their intended purpose.

Any unauthorized use of the Platform or Content terminates the license granted by gtaya and may subject you to legal liability including claims for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and other violations of intellectual property rights.

8. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

8.1 General Prohibitions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks in bad faith, or bonus abuse;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, chip dumping, or unfair play;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party software to access or interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain unfair advantages;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology used on the Platform;
• Circumventing security measures, bypassing geographic restrictions, or using VPNs or proxies to hide your location;
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or gtaya staff;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity;
• Sharing your account with others or allowing minors to access your account.

8.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and winnings, exclusion from future promotions, and legal action. gtaya reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any investigation. We also reserve the right to withhold funds and request additional information if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity associated with your account.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by gtaya

gtaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspicious or fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; extended account inactivity; request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities; or at our sole discretion if we determine that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to gtaya or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity, gtaya may confiscate any remaining account balance. If your account is terminated without cause or due to voluntary closure, you may withdraw your account balance subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed after completion of any pending transactions, resolution of any disputes, and verification that no bonuses with active wagering requirements remain on the account. Following voluntary account closure, you may withdraw your remaining balance in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Please note that voluntary closure does not absolve you of any obligations or liabilities that accrued prior to closure.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or longer may be subject to monthly maintenance fees as permitted by applicable law. gtaya will provide advance notice before assessing any inactivity fees. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account and engage in gaming activity at least once every twelve months.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability and Technical Issues

gtaya strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. However, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be temporarily suspended without notice for maintenance, upgrades, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our control including telecommunications failures, power outages, or acts of God.

gtaya is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from your inability to access the Platform, technical malfunctions, server failures, software errors, data corruption, or any other technical issues. In the event of a system malfunction affecting game outcomes, we reserve the right to void the affected game rounds and refund stakes.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gtaya and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10.3 User Responsibilities

You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding your gaming activity, and you accept full responsibility for the outcomes of your gaming activities. gtaya does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice, and nothing on the Platform should be construed as such. You should only wager amounts that you can afford to lose and should never gamble with funds needed for essential living expenses.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless gtaya and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; (c) your use or misuse of the Platform; (d) any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account; or (e) any claim that information you provided caused damage to a third party.

10.5 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact gtaya customer support to attempt to resolve any disputes informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through our customer service channels. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to submit any dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.
